Rebecca Finney has spent six years in agency recruiting primarily in the banking, finance, and accounting industries for permanent and contract staffing.
She’s worked as a recruiter with Aston Carter and TalentBridge and recently shifted into a training position with Pride Global. As a training specialist, Rebecca trains recruiters on the ins-and-outs of the recruiting process. Additionally, she creates content for learning and development programs within recruiting and sales.
Passionate about building and growing relationships with internal and external partners, Rebecca enjoys providing people with the tools they need to be successful in their careers.
Rebecca has a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise from Wake Forest University, where she was a member of Kappa Delta sorority and served as chaplain.
