Quantifying your production assistant experience gives hiring managers a more comprehensive idea of your experience and abilities in certain tasks that are common among PAs or post-production as well as any unique skills you might be able to offer. As you write your resume bullets, try to include answers to the following questions: How much? How many? How often? For example:

  • How many times did you step in as an assistant director when your boss was away?
